Preparation and thermal conductivity of vertically aligned graphene nanodiamonds laminated composites

摘要: 采用电化学剥离、吸附、真空过滤和冷压等方法制备垂直排列石墨烯(vertically aligned graphene, VAG)/纳米金刚石(nanodiamonds, NDs)复合材料,研究NDs质量分数(0、0.6%、1.0%、4.0%、7.0%、10.0%和20.0%)对复合材料导热性能的影响。利用XRD、拉曼光谱、FT-IR光谱仪、HRTEM和FE-SEM分析复合材料的相组成、表面基团和微观结构。结果表明:制备的复合材料呈层状垂直排列结构,NDs质量分数为0.6%时复合材料的热导率最高,为5.911 W/(m·K),比纯石墨烯的高53.6%。Abstract: Vertically aligned graphene (VAG)/nanodiamonds (NDs) laminated composites were prepared by a series of treatments, including electrochemical exfoliation, adsorption, vacuum filtration and cold pression to study the influence of the mass percentage of NDs (0, 0.6%, 1.0%, 4.0%, 7.0%, 10.0% and 20.0%) on the thermal conductivity of the composites. The phase composition, the surface groups, the microstructure of composites were analyzed by XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FT-IR spectrometer, HRTEM and FE-SEM. The results show that the as-produced composites have a vertically aligned layer structure, and that the thermal conductivity of composites with 0.6% NDs reaches a maximum of 5.911 W/(m·K), which is 53.6% higher than that of graphene without NDs.
