Study on integration process of synthetic diamond purification and graphite oxide preparation

摘要: 综合采用磁选法、Hummers法及沉降分离法对人造金刚石一次摇床分选尾料进行提纯处理。利用X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜进行物相组成和显微结构分析。结果表明:所得人造金刚石纯度高、回收率接近100%;同时,尾料中的石墨被转化为氧化石墨,达到了节约资源、变废为宝的目的。Abstract: Magnetic separation method, Hummers method and sedimentation separation method were used to purify the synthetic diamond tails obtained through shaking table separation.The X-ray diffractometer, Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the phase compositions and the microstructures of the obtained samples.The results indicate that the obtained diamond has high purity and that the recovery rate is close to 100%.At the same time, the graphite in the synthetic diamond tails is converted to graphite oxide, which saves resources and turns waste into treasure.
