Simulation of the effect of feeder on the cavity of sintered ceramic grinding wheel

摘要: 陶瓷砂轮微波烧结过程机理较为复杂,微波炉内腔馈口的布置形式对磁场分布影响很大。因此,采用HFSS高频电磁仿真软件建立微波烧结炉腔模型,仿真分析馈口的个数、大小、位置不同时微波电磁场的分布情况。结果表明:布置馈口时宜采取三馈口中心对称放置,设置馈口大小为70 mm×50 mm×20 mm,此时的炉内电磁场分布效果最佳。Abstract: The mechanism of microwave sintering ceramic grinding wheel is complicated, and the feeder arrangement in the cavity had a great influence on the distribution of magnetic field.Therefore, HFSS, a high frequency electromagnetic simulation software, was used to establish models of microwave sintering furnace cavity, and the microwave electro-magnetic field distribution was simulated and analyzed with different numbers, sizes and positions of the feeder.The results show that the feeder inlet should be placed symmetrically with three centers, and that the size of the feeder should be 70 mm×50 mm×20 mm.In this condition, the electromagnetic field distribution in the furnace will be the best.
