Performance of diamond saw blades on cutting superhard tile can be enhanced by bond weaken

摘要: 针对全瓷或者全抛釉瓷砖强度及硬度高但是研磨性弱,普通锯片切割时易打火的特点,以石墨粒为添加剂,弱化金刚石锯片胎体的耐磨性,降低锯片与瓷砖的摩擦,实现胎体耐磨性与金刚石磨粒耐磨性的良性匹配,确保金刚石能够及时出刃参与切割,以获得良好的锯片锋利性和切割的稳定性。试验证明:添加石墨粒到金属胎体中确实可以弱化金属胎体,且锯片的切割速率得到了相应的提高;当石墨质量分数为6%时,锯片切割速率增幅在20%以上。Abstract: Superhard tile has high strength and hardness,while its abrasiveness is poor,which will burn common diamond blade easily. In order to solve this problem,a new bond-weaken tile blades is proposed by doping some graphite particle into metallic bond of tile blades. The function of graphite is to enhance the wear of bond and reduce the friction between blade and tile,thus ensuring all the diamond exposed for cutting in time to guarantee the cutting speed and stability. It is proved that bond-weaken blades performs higher cutting speed with graphite,and that when adding 6%(mass fraction) graphite,the cutting speed on superhard tile is enhanced by more than 20% actually.
