Nano-metal oxides can be uniformly dispersed using isothermal hydrolyzing method

摘要: 为解决纳米粉体的团聚问题,我们综述了采用恒温水解法在低温下(80~90℃)将纳米级氧化锆和氧化钛沉积到碳纳米管和碳化硅上的实验,并使用XRD、DSC和TEM对上述生成产物进行了表征。实验结果表明:在非沸腾恒温水解法制备的样品中,所有的纳米颗粒均匀、完整地沉积在碳纳米管或碳化硅的表面,且没有形成多余的氧化物颗粒或团聚体。非沸腾恒温水解法有效地解决了纳米粉体的团聚问题。Abstract: To solve the problem that nano powders are easily to aggregate,isothermal hydrolyzing method is used to deposit nano ZrO2 and nano TiO2 onto carbon nano tubes(CNTs) and Si C at low temperature of 80 to 90℃. The products are characterized by using XRD,DSC and TEM.Resultsshow that all nano particles are uniformly and entirely deposited on the surface of isothermal hydrolyzed samples with no spare particles or aggregations. In conclusion,aggregation of nano particles could be effectively solved by using isothermal hydrolyzing method.
